Amplify Chat: Resolved Note Content Truncation

We fixed an issue where Amplify Chat was truncating candidate notes longer than approximately 5,000 characters, which prevented prompts from accessing the complete note content. Now, Amplify retrieves the full text of long notes, so prompts like note summaries and screening transcript analysis work as expected.
